Thank you for keeping every note you ever wrote during biology. you have provided me with endless hours of laughter this weekend and inspiration for this post.

I know you don't think so right now, but if you could put some sunscreen on then maybe you will look a little less like a 40 year old at 31.

i think that sometimes,

it is completely okay to have a weekend...

where you only leave the house for ice cream,

have friday night lights and snuggling marathons,

finish house projects that have been looming,

cook great dinners, drink delicious wine

and just...be in love with lazy.

and its going to be amazing!

this week has been well...strange. i am smack in the middle of working out my two weeks notice which has left me with more time on my hands than i know what to do with throughout the work day. ask me anything relating to celebrity news and i can fill you in. no, seriously, ask me...im that bored.

in other news, it's going to be sunny and 88 degrees this weekend and we are road-tripping it to the lake house. best friends, dogs, bloody mary's, floats all in tow...

bad things happen in three's.

the evidence?

1. the hotel i work for got sold.

so that's what's happening in my life. needless to say i have been having lots of cocktails lately.
